Stewart Technical is the packaging, promotions and custom design division of UK manufacturer, Stewart, who has been at the forefront of rotationally and injection moulded products for over 60 years.

Stewart is a market leader in the automotive, aerospace, medical, packaging, garden, home and catering sectors.

Stewart operate an IMS comprising health and safety, environment and quality divisions:

Health & Safety Stewart have a robust health and safety system companywide, and provide training and instruction to all employees to ensure high standards are maintained.

Their system is written to comply with OHSAS 18001, and Stewart is actively working towards this certification. As a company, we are aware of the international social

standard SA 8000 and endeavour to ensure that we keep within that guidance.

Environment

The Company is mindful of the environmental impacts of their operations and activities. Stewart’s system is written to comply with ISO 14001 and the company is actively working towards this certification.

Quality

Stewart’s high quality standards are well known to customers both nationally and internationally. They are certified to BS ISO 9001-2001 and have been so for many years.

Stewart are currently working towards achieving certification to TS16949 the automotive standard; currently at level 1, they are on target to achieve stage 2 in 2013.

Integrated Management System

Available at our modern facility are 18 machines (120T – 800T), full CAD facilities and extensive warehousing.

Stewart Technical produce drink storage collections, offering hygienic storage in a wide range of colours and shapes and food storage packaging.

Stewart is BS ISO 9001-2000 and TS 16949 (stage one) accredited, with stage two accreditation expected to be achieved in 2013. We are also working towards OHSAS 1001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) and ISO 14001 certifcation.
